NICK COUTSIER
From a very young age, Nick Coutsier fell in love with the movements of hip hop and contemporary dance. He trained in Belgium learning different styles and started his career appearing in music videos, TV shows, and films. One of his appearances in a music video earned Coutsier the approval of Beyoncé and he was later cast as lead dancer in her “Spirit” video. He continues collaborating with major artists and high fashion brands as a movement director and dancer. In 2023, he was busier than ever. He performed in Lady Gaga’s collaborative film with Dom Pérignon; served as the movement director for Pharrell Williams’s debut fashion show for Louis Vuitton in Paris; and directed Gucci’s spring/summer 23 eyewear campaign. —G.E.
